RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.
So if someone subscribes to your traineo RSS feed, they'll be able to monitor all your diet, training and weight progress direct from their browser or aggregator without having to visit your traineo page each time they want an update.

Corey, you're making steady progress... That's great! About 7 pounds in 9 days, that's a lot of weight in a short time... Remember, steady wins the race... Walking is great, but packing on a little extra muscle will help you keep down the weight in the long run...
